Share Recovery Agent in Bulandshahr

Bulandshahr combines the Khurja pottery cluster, an industrial belt at Sikandrabad and farmland on the NCR fringe that has been steadily sold. All three routes put shares into local households. We recover them.

Claims are handled remotely and no professional fee is payable before recovery.

Potteries, an industrial belt and land on the edge of the NCR

Khurja’s ceramics industry is built on family-owned kilns and workshops, many of them several generations old. Those proprietors invested surpluses in equity through the public issue years, usually in the name of the senior family member running several interests at once — which is why a single death here can leave folios that more than one branch of a family regards as theirs.

The Sikandrabad industrial area added employee shareholding, and the agricultural land along the NCR fringe has been sold or acquired steadily for four decades. Compensation from those sales went into equity often enough to be a recognisable pattern, usually through a bank branch rather than a broker — which leaves a clearer trail than most.

The district’s proximity to Delhi and Noida then does what it does everywhere on that fringe: the next generation moves, and the folio keeps an address in Khurja or Debai that nobody lives at.

What Uttar Pradesh families need to produce

In Uttar Pradesh a legal heir certificate is issued by the Tehsildar, applied for through the state e-District portal, after the Lekhpal verifies the family details locally. Succession certificate petitions go to the district court where the deceased ordinarily lived.

In many cases no such certificate is needed. SEBI’s simplified transmission route covers holdings up to ₹10 lakh per company in physical form and ₹30 lakh in demat, on a notarised indemnity bond and an affidavit-cum-NOC from the other legal heirs.

  • Death certificate, SEBI’s transmission request form (Annexure-3) and the claimant’s KYC documents
  • Notarised indemnity bond and affidavit-cum-NOC from the other legal heirs
  • A Tehsildar’s legal heir certificate through the e-District portal, or a succession certificate, only above SEBI’s limits
  • A demat account in the claimant’s name, with a Client Master List under two months old

What we handle for clients in Bulandshahr

How a Bulandshahr claim actually runs

Five stages, the same wherever you are. Nothing here needs you to travel, and nothing is billed until the last one.

  1. 1

    Free assessment

You send whatever you have — a certificate, a folio number, a name, sometimes only a company. We tell you what exists and what it is likely worth before you commit to anything.

  2. 2

    Tracing and confirmation

We search the IEPF records and write to the registrar to confirm the holding, the corporate actions applied to it since, and who it currently stands in the name of.

  3. 3

    Documents assembled

Death certificate, heirship evidence, indemnity bond, NOCs, KYC and the demat account details — prepared in the order the registrar and the company will want them.

  4. 4

    Filing and follow-up

Form IEPF-5, the transmission request or the duplicate issue is filed, and we chase the company Nodal Officer and the Authority until the verification report moves.

  5. 5

    Shares credited

The securities are credited directly to your own demat account. Our fee becomes payable at this point, and not before.

The process in full

Zero advance fee — what Bulandshahr clients pay, and when

We charge no advance professional fee. Our fee is a percentage agreed with you before we start, payable only once the shares or dividends have reached your own demat or bank account. If nothing is recovered, you owe us no professional fee at all.

  • Nothing to pay for the assessment, and nothing while the claim is running
  • The percentage is fixed in writing before any work starts — it does not move later
  • Statutory and third-party costs — stamp duty, notary, court fees, newspaper notices — are paid by you at actuals, with receipts
  • Shares are credited to your account, never to ours; we never take custody of your securities

Anyone who asks you for money before a claim has been assessed is worth walking away from. Read the full fee policy.

Questions from Bulandshahr

Do you have an office in Bulandshahr?

No. Our office is in Gurugram and we serve Bulandshahr remotely — documents by courier, identity verified over video, shares credited to your own demat account. We do not claim branches we do not have.

More than one branch of the family claims the same shares.

The first task is establishing who the legal heirs actually are under the succession law that applied to the deceased, which is not always who the family assumes. SEBI’s simplified route only covers undisputed claims, so a contested one has to go through the court. Resolve it before filing rather than after a rejection.

The shares were bought with land compensation money.

They are ordinary shares and follow the ordinary rules. What helps in these cases is the bank trail: compensation was paid into an account, purchases were often made through the same branch, and the dividend credits that follow name the companies.

Do you cover the smaller towns and villages in Bulandshahr district?

Yes — Khurja, Sikandrabad, Anupshahr, Jahangirabad, Debai and the villages around them are handled in exactly the same way, and at the same cost. Because the work runs by courier and video, being outside the district headquarters changes nothing about the claim or the fee.

Could I do this myself?

Yes. The IEPF Authority’s records can be searched free and Form IEPF-5 can be filed by anyone on the MCA portal at no cost. We charge for assembling the documentation, handling registrar and company verification and following it through — not for access to something that is public.

What will it cost, and when?

Nothing in advance. A percentage agreed with you in writing before we start becomes payable only after the shares reach your own demat account. Statutory costs — stamp duty, notary, court fees, newspaper notices — are paid by you at actuals, with receipts.
